RoomSighter is a real-time object-detection and spoken-cue navigation app. By using the website or iOS app, you agree to these terms.

Not a safety device

RoomSighter is not a certified medical or safety device. It is not a substitute for a white cane, guide dog, or other established mobility aid, and it has not been clinically validated. Detection is not perfect — objects can be missed, misclassified, or reported at the wrong distance. Do not rely on RoomSighter as your sole means of navigating around hazards. Use it alongside, never instead of, whatever mobility aids and practices you normally rely on.

No warranty, use at your own risk

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service may change over time.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.

Intellectual property

The RoomSighter name, website, app, and underlying technology belong to their creator. You don't acquire any ownership rights by using the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the service.

Changes

These terms may change over time; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
